MK Nizam
MK Nizam is a highly qualified professional in the field of electrical engineering. He began his career with Independence Power Utilities Company and playing a role in SCADA Distribution & Transmission Load Dispatch Centre for 220MW Industrial Park before joining the field of perations & Maintenance Specialties team that’s was responsible for all the 132kV/33kV/11kV Systems & Equipment for transmission & distribution networks.
Pursuing his career advance,MK Nizam then joining the Independence Power Plant as Electrical Specialist in the 350MW Single Shaft Combined Cycle Gas Turbine and continued the career joining the next fossil plants in Southern of Malaysia with Testing & Commissioning team for 275kV 1200MW Supercritical CoGeneration Gas Turbine Power Plant
Since founded Voltake Energy Services, MK Nizam already manage to involved in Installations, Testing, Commissioning as well as Operations & Maintenance for more than 20 Renewable Energy Power Plant including since Large Scale Solar 1, Biogas Power Plant and Mini Hydro with Run Off River Power Plant MK Nizam holding a Diploma in Electrical Power Engineering and Professional Electrical Competencies Chargeman B4 from Suruhanjaya Tenaga since the age of 33 years old.
With these qualifications and experiences, MK Nizam has become a trusted expert in overseeing electrical projects, adhering to the highest standards of safety and efficiency of Electrical Assets.

Nurul Farahin is an experienced HR/Admin Manager with an academic background in Banking and Finance, holding a Diploma in Banking and a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance. Starting from administrative roles, she has grown into a key leader by mastering the inner workings of the company and streamlining internal operations.
With strong knowledge in both finance and human resource management, she ensures full compliance with regulations, a healthy workplace environment, and continuous employee development. Her leadership emphasizes efficiency, integrity, and talent growth to support the company’s long-term success.

Syauqi is a qualified Chartered Accountant with over a decade of experience, specializing in financial reporting, auditing, and taxation. His extensive background in finance has equipped him with deep expertise in navigating complex financial systems while ensuring compliance with the standards.
He holds a Diploma in Accountancy and a Bachelor of Accountancy (Honours) from Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM), strengthening his proficiency in financial management and strategic planning. With a strong foundation in accountancy and finance, Syauqi is committed to upholding financial integrity and driving operational efficiency for the organizations he serves.
Ruzbihan Hadi

Ts. Ruzbihan Hadi is a dedicated Strategic Planner with a strong academic background, holding a Master of Science in Big Data from Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM), completed in 2021, and a Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science from Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) Shah Alam, awarded in 2018.
With a solid foundation in data analytics, risk assessment, and strategic planning, Ruzbihan has developed expertise in creating management systems and reporting frameworks specifically tailored for solar farm operations. His ability to analyze data and assess risks allows him to implement strategies that enhance operational efficiency, decision-making, and safety within the organization.
He is also a Professional Technologist (MBOT) specializing in IT, particularly in testing. Additionally, he is a dashboard developer for performance monitoring and works part-time as an instructor, teaching essential courses such as Google Sheets, AppSheet, Looker Data, data analysis, and data visualization.
Ir. Bukhari
Ir. Bukhari
Ir. Bukhari is a certified Professional Engineer with the Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM), a certified SEDA GCPV Designer, and a Competent Electrical Engineer (33kV). He holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons.) in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM).
He began his career in the electronics and semiconductor industry before joining Voltake, where he became a key member of the Operation Maintenance Performance (OMP) department. He has managed a wide range of solar projects, from FIT 1 MWac plants to large-scale solar farms, including LSS1 (10 MWac) and LSS3 & LSS4 (100 MWac), covering more than 10 plants.
As the Operation and Maintenance Manager, Ir. Bukhari oversees safe and efficient plant operations through performance monitoring, team management across multiple sites, and condition-based maintenance. He works closely with EPCC and OEM teams to ensure all plants meet client and regulatory KPIs. His 33kV competency further strengthens his role in ensuring electrical safety, system reliability, and compliance across all solar farm operations.
Auzan Azmi
Tc. Auzan Azmi
Auzan Azmi is a young and talented professional, certified as a Competent High Voltage Chargeman by the Energy Commission (ST). A graduate of TVET institutions (ADTEC and IKM), Auzan’s qualifications are further enhanced by certifications from SEDA as a CGPV Wireman and Chargeman, demonstrating his strong expertise in solar energy systems.
With over 10 years of experience, Auzan has developed a deep understanding of electrical systems, equipment, and operations. His expertise spans across low voltage, 11kV, 33kV, and 132kV systems, including involvement in maintenance, testing, commissioning, and rectification processes.
Since joining Voltake, Auzan has successfully managed more than 20 renewable energy (RE) power plants, playing a crucial role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of electrical infrastructure. His hands-on experience and technical expertise make him a vital asset in delivering comprehensive power system solutions.
Nazrin Salleh
Nazrin Salleh
Nazrin Salleh is a professional Commercial and Business Development with a solid academic foundation, holding a degree in Business Management. His expertise lies in managing critical commercial projects, particularly in dealing with authorities, public-listed clients, and key stakeholders.
Nazrin excels in collaborating with EPCC contractors, asset owners, and system suppliers to ensure win-win situations that meet industry standards and align with commercial values. His strategic approach to business management plays a crucial role in driving business growth and enhancing operational efficiency within his organization.
Ir. Baharin Hashim
Ir. Baharin Hashim
Ir. Baharin Bin Hashim is a highly experienced engineer in the construction, operation, testing, and commissioning of large-scale power plants and substations.
He has managed the 1980 MW Lumut Power Plant for Malakoff Power Berhad and played key roles in major CCPP projects across Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Singapore, and Dubai, including the 360 MW CCPP Riyadh and the 1000 MW CCPP Al Aweer H3. His experience spans projects in Asia, Australia, and the USA with Alstom Power Asia Pacific, covering capacities from 240 MW to over 1000 MW.
A Competent Electrical Engineer (275 kV) and Competent Service Engineer (132 kV), he currently serves as Technical Advisor at Voltake, providing strategic technical guidance for renewable energy operations.
